Responsibilities:
Checking, verifying & entering of sales invoices as per company accounting procedures & assurance calculation of sales invoices as per contracts mechanism.
Checking, verifying & entering of supplier/vendor invoices as per company accounting procedures.
Petty cash preparation and disbursement as per company procedures.
Bank reconciliation on weekly & monthly basis. Tracking/follow up of supplier/vendor advances on timely basis with procurement department.
Tracking/follow up of customers/customers aging with customers services department on monthly basis.
Preparation of vendor aging report on monthly basis.
Physical inventory count on monthly basis.
Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
Preparing & process monthly payroll & entering in accounting system.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports e.g. Cost comparison, project progress report.
Prepare Monthly Financial Statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet & Cash flow, etc..).
Preparing budgeting forecast.
Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
Preparing the requested reports for the year ends closing/external auditors.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, MBA is a plus.
Professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is highly desirable.
Proven years of experience in progressively responsible acc0ounting roles, with at least 5 years.
Proficient in using financial software and ERP systems.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
