Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Vital customer service and relationship-building skills.
Knowledgeable with a photocopier, printers, and spare parts, and
hands-on experience in dealing with Principle companies is a plus point
Knowledge of Ricoh products is recommended

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting customers (existing or new) via hot, warm, or cold calls to service existing or new requirements.
Maintain up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions.
Coordinate with the technical teams to ensure delivery of products/services/spare parts supplied to customers in a timely manner.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring inquiries are answered in a professional and timely manner.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and exceptional customer service.
Generate new business opportunities through referrals and cross-sell products and services to existing customers.
