Brand Manager is responsible for managing the respective brand(s) towards the assigned Marketing Strategy & P&L targets with all departments’ efforts on all the aspects of the brand including the product, packaging, price, promotion, sales, availability, & visibility.

Responsibilities

Develop and propose brand strategy including defining target market, setting of brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term
Continuously analyse sales, merchandising, competitors, and consumer demographics trends for build brand SWOT
Provide direction & briefs to Marketing Services colleagues. Contribute to media (offline & digital) strategy and plans suggested / approved by Head of Marketing. Approve brand related postings to maintain brand integrity within the approved brand strategy.
Closely work with Trade Marketing to plan & implement all promotions and merchandising activities within the approved brand strategy
Analyze and report on brand performance to determine ROI
Present the brand strategy to leadership, sales and marketing teams at internal meetings and conference
Produce and present brand briefs and product descriptions
Creating an enduring brand message that results in increased sales, brand loyalty and improving market share
Monitor market and consumer trends
Develop pricing and distribution strategies

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management or ecqulivant
4+ years of experience in Marketing.
At least 3 years of experience in Brand Management for a reputed FMCG company in the Middle East.
