The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and engaging with the organization’s online community in a way which builds brand awareness. They will work cross functionally with internal partners to understand business objectives in order to communicate effectively with customers.

Responsibilities

Social media management – creating, managing and brands presence through blogs, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and other strategically relevant online properties.
Customer relations – answering questions however they come in (Facebook, Twitter, e-mail… etc) and managing any online feedback forms.
Provoking conversations – creating and provoking worthy conversations with the community.
Knowledge base – building a knowledge base for each client frequently asked questions.
Measurement and reporting– Using Social media applications and other measurement tools to provide reports on metrics, and continually find ways to improve on those metrics through testing and new initiatives.
Creative engagement – Using creative and funny engagement, and making sure to follow trend’s hijacking, movie memes, and any creative content on social media platforms.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
1-2 years’ in marketing, advertising or related role, Preferably in an agency.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Very good command of English Language.
