KPM Middle East – A German Project Management Agency, based in Dubai/UAE is looking for an experienced Project Manager (Senior level upon experience) for handling luxury fit-out commercial projects.
Experience in luxury brands projects is a must.
Key Responsibilities
• Overseeing and direct management of projects, communication with clients, site team & contractors, prioritization of work streams.
• Delegation of all site tasks to relevant team members based on works issued.
• Quality control of works completed.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of Interior fit-out activities and min. 5 years experiences in managing fit-out projects
• Strong knowledge of related data processing programs such as MS Office, Auto Cad 2D & 3D usage
• Experiences in team management, managing and sourcing interior fit-out contractors (locally & overseas)
• Strong and effective communication skills
• Travel eligibility
Experience: Fit-out management – min. 5 years (Required), experienced in the Middle East preferred
Language: English pp (Required), German / French is plus point & preferred
License/Certification: UAE Driving License (Required)
