The Junior Regional Account Manager is accountable for the promotion and sale of the full range of Lamb Weston products. This role and based in Dubai.
What do you do?
– Prepare sales goals and objectives, develop sales plans, establish call and visit/journey plans and strategies, develop account profiles for the relevant market / area;
– Produce periodical sales reports and accurate records on actual and planned sales, outstanding offers, counters, sales transactions and visit reports;
– Manage the forecasts, quotations, contracts, and targets for the key accounts;
– Execute the sales plan by expanding and maintaining a strong customer relation network for LW/M, especially focusing on developing and maintaining critical customer relationships;
– Identify and realize new business opportunities across the portfolio of accounts and as to agreed new business targets;
– Plan and execute sales promotions, LTO’s and permanent listings, working together with the marketing team and the international marketer;
– Train Key Account Kitchen staff in correct storage, handling and frying procedures for our products;
– Conduct contract negotiations, finalize contracts and follow up the contract execution;
– Assist the Country Sales Managers in setting their overall budgets and targets;
– Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction;
– Act as a central regionally based co-ordinator to work in a matrix format with – – International Key Account Managers ensuring that those key accounts are managed in a consistent manner;
What do you bring?
– At least a Bachelors’ degree;
– Between 1-4 years of professional sales experience in the FMCG branche;
– Knowledge of the wholesale foodservice network;
– Fluency in Arabic and English;
