We are looking for a result-driven Life Insurance advisor to be responsible for providing financial advice to clients on life insurance protection.
The insurance advisor will generate leads, meet with clients, complete a financial needs analysis, and present them with customized financial proposals.
· Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
· 2 – 10 years’ Experience in Sales with 2 years of Sales Experience in Insurance or banking Sector.
· Proven ability in achieving Sales Targets and developing client relationships.
· Responsible for achieving the sales targets including achievement of agreed renewal ratios and growth target from new business within specified geographies.
· Customer satisfaction and winning customer loyalty in line with high corporate standard.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
