LMTD is a digital-first, full-stack agency with offices in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. To support our social media and creative clients, we are looking for a highly-motivated self-starter to join our team as a video content specialist.
You’ll be our go-to person for all things video production, editing and animation for a range of exciting and dynamic clients within the healthcare, industrial, governmental and environmental sectors while working with a variety of teams within the agency of all ages and nationalities.
You’ll be able to manage a video shoot from start to finish, completing a project from pre to post-production stages.
Salary: AED 7,000 – 8,000/Month
Start Date: Immediately
Location: Abu Dhabi (Candidate must be based in Abu Dhabi)
Here’s the person we’re looking for:
Responsibilities
– Work alongside creative and strategy teams to conceptualize/storyboard video content for clients
– Manage the setup of video shoots and operate/maintain lighting, scene-setting, camera, microphone and other related gear
– Log and maintain video gear, ensuring batteries are charged, SD cards are formatted, and equipment is clean and ready for a shoot at a moment’s notice
– Pack, and transport video camera, tripods, lighting, and other associated equipment to all sites and other necessary locations – often in other Emirates outside of Dubai.
– Confidently film and edit content at shoots ranging from:
– live events/event highlights
– interviews/talking heads
– social media campaign videos
– long form content
– Edit and create social media cutdowns for Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn
– Turn around video edits quickly with tight deadlines – sometimes within a 6-8 hour period post-shooting (dependent on content type)
– Mix audio and colour correct/grade to a high standard
– Develop mid-range animation and motion/static overlays and graphics
Requirements
– Required experience level: 2-3 years with a project and creative portfolio
– Be equally capable at editing video while working alongside multiple team members or using your own initiative when required.
– Good knowledge of product/documentary/interview lighting
– Technical knowledge of sound equipment and accessories
– Understanding of music and footage usage rights
– Experience in the full circle production of short and longer videos for web and social media
– Experience using Final Cut Pro and/or Adobe Premiere/After Effects
