We are looking for a professional who can provide the best support to the delivery fleet, maintain high quality, and be a creative thinker with a passion for continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
– Responsible for each order from when it is accepted until delivery.
– Serve as the primary point of contact for all operational inquiries, concerns, and issues.
– Monitoring activities to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
– Identifying and managing any problems that may affect quality.
– Assisting in developing new methods to improve efficiency or reduce costs.
– Analyzing data to identify problems or trends that may require corrective action.
– Coordinating with other departments to ensure the smooth operation.
– Preparing and presenting reports on operational performance.
– Solving problems that the representative may encounter while delivering the order.
Qualifications & Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree-related
– Willingness to work shifts (day/night shifts, rotating weekends)
– Communication skills, both written and verbal
– Strong and grammatically accurate English skills (verbal and written)
