Will be responsible for establishing, deploying, controlling, and continuously improving Maintenance Optimization processes.
Responsibilities
Manage & Evaluate maintenance concept to achieve optimum balance between risks, costs, and performance.
Supervise and manage standard task list and associated SOPs.
Support Field Operations for preparation of Long-Term Asset Management Plans including O&M & Asset Replacement Estimated Costs. Propose Asset Replacement Methodology and drive specific analysis.
Monitor asset performance and analyze losses to propose corrective actions and/or continuous improvement initiatives.
Identify Failure Modes and root causes; and evaluate associated risk to propose preventative maintenance plans optimizations.
Ensure compliance to all relevant quality, health, safety and environmental procedures, instructions and controls are adhered to.
Ensure to Conduct toolbox & SOP training, relevant emergency tests are conducted, incident reports are investigated.
Continually review the contractor’s construction schedule during the progress of the site works regarding MEP services and report to the Project Head.
Knowledge of HVAC designing software’s such as HAP, ducting design, piping design, Auto CAD, MS Office.
Knowledge of basic AutoCAD drafting, HVAC and Plumbing (water supply/ drainage/ storm water) calculations is a must.
Knowledge of all type of AC systems (Air- cooled Chillers/ Water Cooled Chillers/ District cooling/ DX/ VRF/ Package).
Mechanical drawings, submittals and engineering submission review.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Ability to read and understand designs and schematics.
5+ years’ experience in technical maintenance with exposure to Facilities Management especially in the areas of HVAC/Mechanical Engineering and maintenance of Malls, Retails, Hypermarkets.
Capable of carrying out site HSE and Quality audits standards on a regular basis.
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Certification(s) Asset Maintenance/Reliability such as FMECA, FMEA, RCM, CMRP, etc. will be added advantage.
