In this position, your key responsibilities will include:
• Developing, managing, and fine-tuning SEO strategies to elevate our organic search rankings.
• Constructing, executing, and overseeing marketing campaigns that promote our firm and its offerings across various social media platforms.
• Analyzing and presenting reports on campaign and event performance.
• Collaborating closely with our internal teams to manage the SEO strategy and create engaging, relevant content.
• Keeping abreast of the latest industry trends, market activities, and competitive landscape to ensure our strategies remain relevant and effective.
About the candidate:
The ideal candidate will possess:
• At least 2 years of experience at a leading organization in the Middle East
• Proven expertise in digital marketing, particularly in SEO.
• An in-depth understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
• Outstanding analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in using web analytics tools and navigating social media platforms.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Track, monitor and assess engagement performance of regional content, using data to identify best practice and areas for improvement.
• Ensure the systems and software used for marketing and communications activities are fit for purpose and deploy best practice across the region.
• Oversee the region’s approach to legal directories.
• Maintain key marketing collateral and assets.
• Undertake other projects as may be assigned by the Senior Marketing & Communications Manager.
Core technical competencies:
• Passionate about digital marketing with strong communications skills: both verbal and written.
• Positive and tenacious with the ability to drive initiatives forward by motivating people within and outside the team.
• Familiar with brand management, proposition development and principles for content and editorial strategies.
• Proficient with digital, event, content, performance marketing and account based marketing approaches and principles.
• Able to develop a good understanding of the business strategy, its commercial drivers and the role of marketing to enable these.
• Experience using tools to analyse performance of marketing and website performance.
Essential Skills & Experience:
• Educated to degree level or possesses equivalent experience.
• High proficiency in all MS Office packages
• Knowledge of CRM systems
• Creative and innovative with a strong grasp on existing and emerging digital technologies.
• Inquisitive about the business, economic, political and social issues prevalent within the Middle East and Africa.
