About the Job:

This job will be playing both Social Media and Customer Support activities and should be Saudi based in Riyadh/KSA.

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for implementing social media strategies, creating engaging content calendars, and handling customer communication to ensure a top-notch quality service in all respects.

He / she works closely with the team to brainstorm ideas, create concepts, and develop strategies.

Social Media Responsibilities

Create, publish, and manage high-quality content.
Monitor competition constantly on all platforms, check benchmark activities to gain insights.
Check designer’s work to ensure it fits the customer expectations.
Collaborate with team members to manage customer expectations and ensure that the content remains on strategy.
Update social media strategies and develop social media campaigns.
Give recommendations regarding media plans and corrective actions to the manager.
Keep informed of social media changes and trends and optimize content accordingly.
Track and collect insights through market research.
Set up and optimize social media pages to increase content visibility.
Lead in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas.
Ensure that all comments and requests are answered within the response time.
Develop and ensure daily update of the FAQ and complaints sheets.
Take initiative and point out opportunities based on queries and comments.
Make sure posts are error-free before posting.
Customer Services Responsibilities:

Handle customer communication.
Set up regular meetings with the team to discuss workflow and evaluate performance.
Gathering customer feedback to improve our sales and operations services.
Monitoring social media pages & website and addressing customers’ queries.
Daily customer counsel, including problem solving.
Keep the deadlines in view and complete the work on time.
Report daily work-related problems or challenges to the Manager.
Qualifications

Previous experience in a similar role.
Diploma in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business, New Media, or relevant field – BS / Masters is a plus.
Fluency in Arabic and excellent English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Good presentation skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Expert knowledge of all social media platforms (TikTok is plus).
Excellent knowledge of all social media best practices.
Good understanding of social media KPIs.
Understanding of digital marketing and paid media.
Critical thinker with problem-solving skills.
Team player.
A passion for, and basic knowledge of automobiles (cars).
Positive attitude with good multitasking and organizational ability.
Excellent time-management skills.
