We are Hiring for Manager Construction Civil.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
Qualifications: Professional certifications in project management, construction management, or related disciplines.
Industry of Work Experience: Extensive experience in civil Oil & gas construction projects
Years of Work Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role.
Oversee and manage all aspects of civil construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
Supervise and direct construction crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure work is completed on time and within budget.
Monitor project progress and quality, conducting regular inspections and addressing any issues that arise.
Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, and specifications.
Prepare and present project reports, updates, and proposals to clients and senior management.
Identify and mitigate potential risks and take appropriate action to ensure project success.
Manage project budgets, track expenses, and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
Ensure adherence to project timelines and milestones, adjusting plans as necessary to meet objectives.
Work Location- Site based (Abu Dhabi)
