The successful candidate must be an active listener with strong emotional intelligence and selling skills. The candidate must have excellent self-control, patience and working habits whenever needed.
Required Skills:
– Proven customer support experience
– Great upselling & cross-selling skills.
– Crystal Clear English verbal and written communication with a western touch.
– Fast and effective computer skills (mainly Ms Excel, Outlook, word)
– Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
– Ability to manage live chats, emails and incoming calls
– Possess extensive customer service hands-on experience and seeks continuous improvement.
