Job Summary
Planning, designing Holiday & Travel packages to suit the clients’ needs. co-ordinate travel booking, holidays and transport operations, to provide efficient, prompt, courteous, trouble free and proactive service to guests; hence maximize the revenue and guest satisfaction.
Strong understanding of a client travel policy and can appropriately guide and consistently.
Provide consultation to the client. Excellent knowledge and application of travel supplier rules.
Maintains actively communicates and seeks expansion of current knowledge of the state of the various travel industries supported.
Provides the client with the required industry information such as low fares exchange costs and penalties.
Can fulfill all requests regarding necessary regulations.
Provide professional written communication when dealing with e-mail enquiries or confirmations.
Ability to work well as part of a team- to exhibit objectivity and be open-minded towards the ideas and views of others as well as welcoming feedback, contributing to building team spirit, and be proud of the service you provide.
