Job Title: Digital Marketing Officer – Insurance Sector
Location: Dubai, UAE
Qualifications and Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
· Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry
· Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing
· Experience with web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
· Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Job Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote insurance products and services
· Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences and develop targeted marketing strategies
· Create and manage content for social media platforms, websites, and other digital channels
· Use data analytics tools to track campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed
· Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts
· Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns, including PPC and display ads
· Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on digital channels
· Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and share insights with the team
· Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing initiatives as needed
