Mutawa Engineering Consultancy is looking for an experienced Architect to join our team in Kuwait. . Al Mutawa Engineering Consulting Office seeks to create a successful and long lasting relationship with customers by providing all the distinctive and unique engineering services that exceed their expectations and fulfills their business goals.
Responsibilities:
Has the ability to design and handle a project from conception to handover.
Develop fresh & original design ideas that match project requirements and office design aesthetics.
Display capability in following a detailed design process to assure outstanding unique design output.
Develop final design deliverables up-to photo realistic renders and presentations.
Actively collaborates with and coordinate work of various services consultants and knowledge resources to ensure the project deliverables are coordinated, integrated and support the design concept and performance goals of the project.
Prepare design deliverables and leads the detailed development of construction documents during all project phases, delivering complete, accurate and coordinated project documentation.
Lead the production of schematic, design development and construction documents drawings and specifications in compliance with project scope, schedule, cost and design intent.
Maintain good professional relationships with clients, consultants and contractors during all project phases.
Requirements:
BS degree in Architecture
Have 5 – 10 years of Experience.
Currently residing in Kuwait and has a valid residence visa
Proficient in AutoCAD, 3DS Max, Illustrator or other design programs
Excellent portfolio of previous works
Proven working experience as a senior lead architect
Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
Strong imagination, visual awareness and an eye for details
Communication and project management skills
Leadership quality and team management
