Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Control Manager located in Al Khobar. The role involves collaborating with engineering teams, Planning & Cost Control Division, and project managers to ensure that projects are completed within the established budget and timelines. The Project Control Manager will also be responsible for analyzing data to identify areas where improvements can be made and providing suggestions to senior management for process improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
10+ years of experience in project management or project control, preferably in Oil & Gas industry
Expertise in using project management tools such as Primavera (P6) and Microsoft Project
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems and propose effective solutions, and prioritize multiple competing demands
Ability to work effectively as a team player, independently, and under pressure
Fluent in English (verbal and written)
