Qualification & Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience.
Previous experience in fit-out projects is required.
Excellent planning & coordination skills are required.
Excellent leadership skills are required.
Job Duties:
Interior Fit-out: Plan, execute, and deliver an interior space suitable for occupation.
Civil Work: Plan, execute, and deliver construction works.
Lead a team to ensure projects are delivered on time and within the allocated budget while maintaining client satisfaction.
Ensure that high-quality standards are met throughout the construction lifecycle.
Control project cash flow by generating and tracking contractor claims throughout the construction process.
Produce a closure report upon completion of every project.
Ensure timely reporting and alignment with the company’s strategy, commitments, and objectives.
