Job Description:

To act as the liaison between Marketing and Sales teams. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. You should have previous experience generating leads and meeting sales quotas to succeed in this role. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact until you close the deal. You will also ensure good after-sales service. If you are motivated and results-driven and enjoy working in a team environment, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
Build long-term trusting relationships with clients.
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans.
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople.
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
Report sales results to your direct line manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) passes.
Qualification:

Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in business
Personal Qualities:

Proven working experience in business development or a relevant role.
Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques.
Experience in customer support.
Market knowledge.
Communication and negotiation skills.
Understanding of sales performance metrics.
Time management and planning skills.
Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
