The ideal candidate will be a creative and analytical thinker. They will be able to conduct insightful market research to establish a marketing strategy that will effectively reach the target audience. They should be comfortable evaluating the marketing process, and work to critique and improve its outcomes.
Responsibilities
Support the regional marketing team on executing brand campaigns.Lead on MENAP owned channel work(email/push/ ring/ blogs/ etc.) including campaigns across key initiatives/ charters.
Work with the Ops team to create user educational/ engagement content (e.g. driver education podcasts and videos, etc.).
Help manage inbound partnering, figuring out ways in which we can develop joint marketing activities and co-marketing plans.
Manage and coordinate localization of relevant content in partnership with the global localization team, as well as creating specific content for your region.
Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns and assess against goals.
Qualifications
WHAT YOU NEED:
Minimum 2 years of generalist marketing experience, preferably in a fast-paced oriented environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or similar.
Business acumen; structured thinker with project management skills and attention to detail.
Good relationship management as you will engage with partners across several different functions as well as global marketing colleagues.
Strong English and Arabic verbal and written communication skills and the ability to bring to life the brand in a way that is both consistent with our global brand positioning but also meaningful to local culture and customs.

The ability to take the initiative in a constantly changing work environment and a willingness to adopt a generalist mindset.
