We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join one of our clients with the largest display of luxury outdoor furniture in Dubai.
As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, expanding our customer base, and maintaining existing client relationships. Working closely with the General Manager, you will develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets, increase revenue, and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE and other international markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and suppliers.
Research and analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company’s products and services.
Participate in sales meetings and presentations to potential clients.
Represent the company in trade shows and events to promote products and services.
Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and revenue growth.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the luxury retail or furniture industry.
Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Experience with CRM software and other sales tools.
