We are looking for a full-time Maintenance Supervisor for a Hospitality client based in Sharjah. This is an on-site role, where you will be responsible for ensuring that the property’s facilities are in good working condition and are properly maintained at all times. You will oversee and provide guidance to the maintenance team while also interacting with other departments to assist in carrying out their needs.
Qualifications
Technical diploma in Engineering or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in hospitality maintenance, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role
Working knowledge of building systems, equipment maintenance, and repair
Able to prioritize maintenance requests based on urgency and importance while maintaining a high level of safety and quality
Knowledgeable in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, as well as fire safety standards and regulations
Excellent communication skills to liaise with different departments and vendors
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
Experience in managing budgets for maintenance and facilities management initiatives
Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively with different departments and vendors
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail
