Job Title: Senior Cybersecurity GRC Specialist
Resilience is seeking an experienced Senior Cybersecurity GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) Engineer with expertise in the National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA) Frameworks to join our growing cybersecurity team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity GRC processes and a deep understanding of the NCA’s Essential Cybersecurity Controls (ECC) and associated regulations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Develop, implement, and maintain cybersecurity GRC processes and policies in compliance with the NCA’s ECC and other relevant regulations.
– Conduct risk assessments, identify potential vulnerabilities, and develop strategies to mitigate cybersecurity risks.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation and continuous improvement of cybersecurity controls.
– Develop and deliver training and awareness programs to enhance the organization’s cybersecurity culture.
– Monitor and report on the effectiveness of cybersecurity controls, ensuring timely and appropriate corrective actions are taken to address gaps.
– Manage relationships with external auditors, regulators, and other stakeholders, ensuring compliance with all relevant requirements.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and best practices, and provide guidance on their potential impact on the organization.
**Qualifications and Skills:**
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
– At least 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity GRC roles, focusing on NCA frameworks and regulations.
– Knowledge of other cybersecurity standards, such as ISO/IEC 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, and CIS Critical Security Controls, is a plus.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex cybersecurity issues.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members, management, and external stakeholders.
– Relevant professional certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or CGEIT, are preferred.
