Accounting Responsibilities
Implement accounting systems and processes
Reconcile income statements
Prepare monthly financial reports
Review and release online banking payments
Ensure compliance with state revenue service
Provide ongoing accounting and reporting support
Manage the full financial process
Prepare an expense budget report
Financial Responsibilities
Responsible for assisting in the financial analysis of all new projects, products, and promotions related to assigned lines of business
Prepare product costing/pricing models for various FMCG routes to market, including retail, HORECA, & E-Commerce
Updates key company performance measurements for Managing team to better understand, track and improve their operational efficiency
Compiles data and prepares a variety of different schedules and reports
Identifies and reports key business indicators impacting the growth, profitability, and achievement of strategic objectives
Provides analytical and problem-solving support for Managing team as needed
Assists in the identification and implementation of profit improvement projects
Provide support in developing the budget and strategic plans
Perform variance analysis between actual results and budgets
Manage lease accounting including tracking critical dates, updating schedules, invoice processing, providing journal entries, and performing account reconciliations
Ensure all departmental guidelines are communicated properly and timely
Ensure all financial closing and reporting deadlines are met
Assist in annual year-end audit review
Identify areas for process improvement and stream-lining
Assist with ad hoc projects and requests as needed
Requirements
Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
Bachelor’s degree in accounting (Honor’s degree preferred)
Registration with accredited statutory body and association
Fully compliant as a tax practitioner
Filing of corporate tax returns
Experience in providing financial advice
3 years minimum of experience
Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
Highly proficient in MS Excel
Excellent attention to detail & accuracy
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize
Work requires willingness to work flexible schedule
Knowledge of Accounting softwares
Strong financial knowledge
Analytical mindset & Problem-solving skills

Salary range up to 10,000 AED per month
