We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive. Sales Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, maintaining customer satisfaction, and contributing to Rology’s rapid and sustainable growth.
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams
Organizing sales visits
Demonstrating and presenting products
Attending trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings
Achieving determined targets according to Plans put by the company within its policy.
Sending daily work reports that reflect the activities in the field of work.
Being committed to attending regular meetings permitted by the company at any time.
Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products
Job Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Medical/business is a must.
3+ years of experience in the field of medical sales.
Previous experience in Saudi Arabia is a must.
Strong Communication Skills.
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs.
Ability to travel.
Proficiency in English
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, and CRM software.
Hands-on experience with CRM software
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
Fast learner with passion for sales
Ability to understand technical terms and processes and translate to customer user value
Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment
