Our client is a well known live events company. They are looking for an Account Director to join their team in Abu Dhabi. This person would need experience working in the UAE, Arabic speaking would be a plus but not essential. You need to be someone with experience in Account Directing and experience with UAE clients. This is a 2 year contract.
Role Overview
Brilliant at building client relationships and team relationships.
Responsible for continuous improvement of client management process.
The bridge between the client and agency, understanding the clients objectives whilst promoting the agencies capabilities.
Role Responsibilities
Client
• Consistent lead point of contact with client.
• Relationship management; gaining trust & confidence of client team.
• Balance client needs with agency objectives.
• Being proactive and using initiative to anticipate and address client needs before they arise, being the driving force.
• Continual review & improvement of client management process.
Commercial
• Ability to build/amend/analyse & manage large, complex budgets to achieve targets & maximise revenue.
• Continual review of festivals opportunities to increase revenue, sustainability & profitability.
• Responsible for managing budgets, forecasting revenue, and reporting on performance.
• Understanding of the market and potential commercial opportunities.
Team
• An exceptional communicator who is able to build brilliant agencies briefs and energise the team about any opportunity.
• Collaborating closely with delivery team to ensure successful delivery of projects whilst maintaining consistency of processes, delivery & reporting.
• Be the go to person for teams during delivery periods to resolve any communication &/or collaboration challenges.
