Responsibilities
– Analyzing and improving the efficiency of business.
– Perform design, implementation of solution to meet the business and user needs
– Meet and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to establish project scope, product roadmap, and customer requirements.
– Develop, analyze, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers to follow.
– Provide documentation of all processes and training as needed.
Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology, or equivalent experience.
– 3-6 years of sales experience with
– IT BA experience is a MUST.
– English fluency
– Strong cloud application analytical skills
