We are hiring a “Personnel specialist” for a company that is the leading technology and digital marketing company in the MENA region. Their operations have expanded to Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and India, since our inception in Dubai, UAE in 2015.
Job description:-
· Scheduling, organizing, and participating in the department’s meetings.
· Manage HR system to track attendance, and leaves and facilitate smooth leave management within departments.
· Coordinate with the legal team for different contracts and policies.
· Ensuring employees have access to health insurance and managing issues related to health insurance.
· Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports.
· Assisting with exit interviews during separation of employment.
Qualifications:-
· 2-4 years of Experience.
· Fluent in English, both writing and speaking is a must
· Excellent communication skills.
· Strong knowledge and understanding of Egypt labor laws.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
· Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
