We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Executive to join our growing team in Riyadh!

Reports to: Digital Marketing Manager

Office: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

KEY ATTRIBUTES | QUALIFICATIONS

BA in Marketing, communications, or related field
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in handling social media accounts successfully
Strong understanding of existing and emerging social media platforms, trends and technology
High level of attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication (English and Arabic)
Exceptional editing skills
Knowledge in Microsoft Office & Adobe Creative Suite
Knowledge of GCC markets with key insights into the luxury sector
Strong understanding of web analytics
Ability to work off hours and attend events for live coverage as needed
Driven, ambitious and enthusiastic about the world of social media and luxury
Ability to work in a team and as well as independently
Flexible, versatile and copes well under pressure to meet deadlines
Interest in social media trends and influencer marketing

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Manage day-to-day social media activities for our clients
Plan and optimize social media calendar (in-feed & stories)
Effectively execute social media marketing campaigns
To work closely and maintain strong professional client relations
Respond to an online community with customer service level professionalism and problem-solving thinking (community management)
Collaborate with other teams to ensure brand consistency
To be creative and actively participate in the formation of new ideas and strategies to better serve clients
Monitor and analyze effectiveness of marketing content
Plan logistic around live capture and publishing across multiple platforms
Review marketing materials to ensure quality, focus and consistency
Develop, maintain, and update database
Create comprehensive reports with content performance learning and support in preparation of strategies and tactics to increase reach and engagement
Analyze competition, best practices, and new trends in local market
Support on campaigns, from strategic concept development, to negotiation and implementation
Collaborate on the integration of marketing initiatives for the company, including offline and direct marketing
Identifying opportunities to engage with and develop stronger relationships with clients and communities
