We are seeking a skilled and creative Photographer to join our digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate is passionate about photography, has a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, and possesses a versatile skill set to handle pre-production, production, and post-production tasks. As a Photographer, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality visual content to support our clients’ digital marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Pre-Production:
Collaborate with the creative team to understand project objectives and client requirements.
Assist in planning and organizing photoshoots, including location scouting, model casting, and equipment preparation.
Production:
Operate cameras, lighting equipment, and other photography gear to capture high-quality images.
Direct and guide models, subjects, or team members during photoshoots to achieve desired results.
Post-Production:
Edit and retouch photographs to enhance visual appeal and ensure consistent branding.
Use industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom) to adjust color, tone, and composition.
Create short-form videos and motion graphics using software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar tools. Apply animation, effects, transitions, and other techniques.
Communication and Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to understand project objectives and target audience.
Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and other team members to ensure visual consistency across marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Photographer, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
Proficiency in operating professional photography equipment and software.
Excellent understanding of lighting techniques, composition, and visual storytelling.
Proficient in post-production techniques and software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, & Video Editing softwares).
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
