At WEDELIVER Fashion drive our success. As a representative in our Fashion Department, you will be responsible for winning over Clients and meeting our ambitious goals. From identifying potential leads to nurturing prospective customer relationships and closing deals, you will play an integral role in helping our business be successful. You will also stay ahead of industry trends, learn what makes our competitors tick, and leverage efficient tactics to broaden our customer base.
We are seeking an individual with an authentic passion for the WEDELIVER brand. The ideal candidate will share our company values of honesty, transparency, and a commitment to customer satisfaction—and can broadcast these values to the world. Our typical workday is 9AM – 5PM.
Objectives of this Role
· Represent our brand in a professional, successful manner that results in repeat business and a positive customer experience
· Generate quality leads to expand our client base
· Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to month-over-month growth
· Position our company as the category and industry leader
· Improve our time spent winning and closing sales
· Upcoming techno fashion solution to increase no.of orders.
· Helping in creating or manufacturing our brand.
· Helping in building and developing fashion strategies with the head of vertical.
· Dealing with designers in Bahrain and creating collaborations with them in terms of fashion events and new fashion lines.
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
· Regularly interact with Clients to understand their needs and recommend the right products and services for them
· Effectively utilize industry software and technology to improve the Client experience
· Perform outreach to specified Client segments/territories
· Generate new Client leads
· Present and upsell company offerings to new Clients
· Prepare monthly and quarterly sales reports
· Contacting vendors for any related matters, offers, collaborations.
· Working with the team in the photography session by preparing the material needed for the shoot.
· Creating daily content for TBY account (TikTok).
· Booking models from different agencies for the photography sessions.
· Contacting photographers, and influencers for men, women, and kid’s sections.
· Designing posts and content that is delivered by the content creator once needed.
Skills and Qualifications
· A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or a related field
· Strong communication skills
· Confidence and a knowledge of sales best practices
· 2-3+ years’ experience maintaining client relationships
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience in Fashion industry is a plus.
