Responsibilities
Generate Sales Qualified leads with inbound campaigns
Maintaining active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications (LinkedIn, email, telephone) designed to increase customer interest in ZIWO’s products
Finding opportunities to generate new business and fuel our growth
Attend to incoming inquiries in a timely manner.
Qualify the business requirements of incoming inquiries.
Transparently explain our solution and services to our potential clients.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree or higher
At least 1 year of relevant work experience (Inside Sales, Call Center, Lead generation)
Bilingual (English / Arabic)
You can communicate in a clear, goal-oriented way that leaves no room for interpretation
You can take the lead in a conversation, but you also know when it’s time to listen
Experience being held to metrics/KPIs
High energy and positive attitude
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
