Our story
BuzzBee is a newly launched influencer marketing platform by Brand Ripplr for SME’s. BuzzBee connects businesses with local influencers, who experience and promote the business for free. We believe that effective marketing lies in localised advocators who have a genuine interest in the business and are willing to promote it based on their experience.
The Role
We are searching for a driven, highly organised, problem solver to join the Operations team who will assist in managing influencer marketing campaigns with brands and influencers.
Work closely with the operations manager to oversee daily business operations
Monitor influencer campaigns on the BuzzBee dashboard and spot and report issues
Liaise with merchants and review briefs for influencers
Assist in gifting campaigns/product deliveries to influencers
Recruit influencers
Vet and tag influencer profiles
Maintenance of department databases
Production of presentations, reports and other material required
Ability to quickly learn and utilise new software programs and tools.
Requirements:
2-years’ minimum experience in operations or administration
Knowledge of the industry
Willing to work weekends
Problem solver
Strong team player
Tech savvy
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Hardworking and reliable
Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask
Strong attention to detail
Proactive with a positive attitude
