Responsibilities
Respond to students’ and parents’ queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
Maintain customer relationships, case histories, and documentation
Gather feedback and share with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
Requirements
Excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills
Sensitivity in working with multiple cultures and beliefs, and to gender equity and inclusivity
Is comfortable giving feedback to young and older teachers to enhance program quality
Is comfortable working in fast-paced, unconventional work environments
Proactive, self-managed, and comfortable taking responsibility on their own
Strong planning and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and time-management
Good to have
Fluency of any south Indian language
Experience as an Academic Counsellor, Customer Support Specialist, or similar CS role
