Job Description:
A document controller is responsible for all of the documents and processes across product groups within the company.Will coordinate the commercial & technical document, arrange them in folders & ensuring all documents are up to date.
Roles & Responsibilities
Assisting the technical & sales teams in the documentation part & documents flow
Ensure that all documents are up to date
Coordinate with team members on how to use and access the documents
Create systems to manage the division documents
Edit, split, merge & rearrange documents as required
Create Submittals & generate documents as per the projects requirements
Check the accuracy of the generated & edited documents
Maintaining all the quality management system ( QMS)
Qualification And Skills
Qualification :
Bachelor degree in a related field
3+ years of experience in the same field
Skills
Strong knowledge with PDF editors
Hands-on experience with MS Office and MS Excel
Proficient typing and editing skills
experience with QMS is a plus
