Responsibilities
Must be able to maintain records and report on daily basis to project Manager & Witness all testing and commissioning.
Ability to monitor new construction and rectification of structural elements Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Experience in performing design calculations and preparing design reports, construction drawings, and technical specifications.
Strong commitment to safety, including following established Health and Safety protocols.
Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling multiple project assignments, meeting strict deadlines.
Proficiency in English
Knowledge of civil codes and ordinances, including energy efficiency provisions •
Ability to read plans for building construction and detect deficiencies
Ability to review and interpret energy efficiency software programs
Knowledge of Building Information Modelling (BIM)
Understand complex principles and techniques of building plan review
Ability to deal effectively and courteously with property owners, contractors and the general public
Ability to clearly communicate and understand information in English, both verbally and in writing
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or higher Degree in Civil Engineering
10+ years proven Civil Engineering experience.
Professional Engineering/ Licensed Civil Engineer.
Membership in societies related to civil Engineering such as the ACI, ASCE, AISC, PCI and PTI is preferred
Membership of the Saudi Council of Engineers (or obtain on commencement).
Candidates should have Iqama Transferable
Candidates current location should be in Saudi Arabia
