Position Title: Key Account Coordinator-General Insurance
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Position Overview
Responsibilities
Managing direct client / Sales unit insurance inquiries via email & phone.
Act as point of contact to our clients by adhering on their request/inquiry regarding their existing account / policy.
Provide and transmitting quotation from insurers/providers to Sales Unit client such as, Employee’s Benefits (Group Life and General Insurance).
Negotiating insurance companies’ terms/quotations to provide the most competitive quote in the market, as per client requirements.
Preparing insurance comparison plan such us Group Life and General Insurance.
Develop and maintain close relation with our valued clients to fulfill their needs more effectively by assisting/providing them with a solution to their request whether by phone or email.
Maintains a comprehensive list of all our clients and keeping it updated thoroughly.
Helps in promoting our products and services to existing and non‐existing clients
Developed innovative proposals and delivering strategic customer services.
Support the Sales Team /Advisor in its overall accountability for product development and underwriting.
Assisting the insurance central admin team for client requirement related to Claim, Enrollment, Endorsement, Invoicing) for other matters requiring urgent action and assistance, request by clients/advisors and insurance companies.
Coordinate between customer and service departments.

Essential Experience/Skills/Education
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as employee benefits insurance administrator or in a similar role.
Working knowledge of relevant insurance policies, compliance, and regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Strong MS Excel skills.
