The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Responsibilities

Ensure adequate service level in market & build business in existing and new outlets.
Selling products & Services using solid arguments to prospective outlets and consumers.
Maintain relations with existing customers and prospect new outlets.
Implement launch of New Products/ Consumer promos/ Trade schemes.
Operationalize new products through communications and sampling.
Represent brand for consumer complaints by visiting outlets, investigating problems-developing solutions & making recommendations to management.
Collect & Report Required market information on competitor activities like promotions (Trade & Consumer), Service day, prices, New launches, visibility etc.
Track & Review performance of products & schemes.
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Analyze the territory, Markets potential, track sales and status reports.
Keep management informed by submitting activity and result reports such as daily calling report, Weekly work plans, monthly and yearly territory analyses.
Provide historical reports, by maintaining records on area and consumer sales.

Qualifications

Must have 5+ years of experience, preference will be given to Cookies Sales Executive.
Must have Graduate or Post-Graduate degree in related field.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office & Reporting tools.
Strong organizational and communication skills with multi-tasking ability.
Comfort travelling up to 25% of the time inside the kingdom as per the business requirement.
