Marketing Assistant to the CMO

We are looking to hire an enthusiastic marketing assistant to assist our CMO and our busy marketing team. You will report directly to the CMO and assist with all related tasks. You may be required to perform administrative tasks, conduct market research, update the system database, create marketing literature, and foster strong relationships with our customers.

 

To ensure success as a marketing assistant, you should have in-depth knowledge of marketing, branding, product launches, digital marketing techniques, excellent interpersonal skills, copywriting, and creativity, and be able to work to strict deadlines. Ultimately, a top-level marketing assistant provides valuable assistance to the CMO and the marketing team and boosts the company’s image.

 

Effective written and verbal communication skills, self-motivated to complete tasks on a deadline with little supervision, and a high level of attention to detail are both important keys to success in this role.

Marketing Assistant Responsibilities:

Supporting the CMO and marketing team with project organization.
Performing administrative tasks to ensure the functionality of marketing activities.
Conducting market research and analyzing marketing surveys.
Employing online marketing analytics to gather information from the web and social media pages.
Updating databases, spreadsheets, and inventory lists.
Preparing promotional presentations and organizing promotional events.
Composing and posting online content for the company’s social media page and website.
Writing marketing literature for company brochures and press releases.
Building strong relationships with customers.
Manage marketing collateral, coordinate marketing events such as press conferences, trade shows, and product launches, and facilitate photo and video shoots, etc.
Managing social media accounts and responding to customer inquiries both online and offline
Prepares newsletter and looks after Advertising as well as E-Commerce

Marketing Assistant Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and databases.
Able to work flexible working hours, holidays, etc.
Proficient in MS Office and marketing software and other online applications
Knowledge of CRM tools, Google AdWords, and online analytics.
Understanding of advanced marketing principles.
Experience in Social Media handling and Community management.
Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of office management.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently on projects.
