We are looking for passionate Sales Consultants who have a flair for delivering an extraordinary customer experience to join our highly successful sales team.
Position – Sales Consultant
Location – Abu Dhabi
Key Responsibilities
Inspire customers and exceed their expectations by providing a luxury selling experience to all by using your excellent product and brand knowledge
Consistently achieving or exceeding monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals, enhancing and developing the business
Ensure customer loyalty by building and maintaining a clientele base
Advising customers on information about product/brand heritage, (features, warranties) and trends and developments in the luxury market, showing passion for luxury products
Ensuring exceptional customer service experience to after-sales customers visiting the stores by following the store’s after-sales processes and ensures full adherence to repair/return policies and procedures.
Whom we are looking for
Passion! Confidence! Personality!
Minimum of two years’ experience of sales and customer service within the retail luxury industry
Experience in watches or jewellery highly preferred
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build working relationships
Organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in English language (mandatory)
Additional language skills – Arabic, Chinese, Russian (preferred)
