To manage all field operations (landscape irrigation operations & maintenance)
Must proficiently communicate with clients, customers, and colleagues.
Maintain records concerning operations and programs; prepare reports on operations and all activities.
Responsible for all workers at the working sites.
Responsible for the delivery of the materials and its condition during and after installation.
Participate in the preparation and administration of the division such as, quotations, cost analysis, recommendations, monitoring of the ongoing work.
Monitor and control supplies and garden equipment; order supplies and tools as necessary; prepare documents for equipment procurement.
Inspect completed work to ensure conformance to specifications.
Establish and maintain effective formal relationships with those contacted in work (clients, suppliers).
Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing (clients, suppliers, management).
Able to conduct meetings with clients and suppliers.
Able to handle work under pressure both in office and at site.
Must have experience in planting plants, seasonal flowers, grass, shrubs, ground cover, fertilizer, maintain the quality of plants.
Must have experience in irrigation works, irrigation materials and installation.
Must be able to analyse, diagnose, solve any situation that might occur in landscaping and irrigation works.
Must always follow and apply safety handbook direction (PPE).
