Main job descriptions cover below aspects:
– Sales/ Accounts receivable function
o Be able to understand and calculate marketing fee to be invoiced to clients
o Raise sales invoices on accounting software Xero and update the same details on our CRM software Salesforce
o Send regular statement of accounts on bi-weekly basis and address any related queries from debtors
o Chase debtors via email/ call
– COS/ Accounts payable function
o Analyse agents invoice to ensure accuracy, cut-off and occurrence assertions are met
o Raise queries for if it doesn’t match our records
o Inform of the payment schedule of when it will be paid
o Replying back to agent emails of their invoice well received and will be notified for any queries
o Recording invoice correctly on accounting software Xero
o Be able to prepare payment runs based on due dates
– CRM specific tasks
o Perform compliance approvals on new opportunities being populated on Salesforce
o Update internal workings on Excel to match the data on Salesforce
– Emails:
o Reviewing emails on daily basis to address
o Be able to prioritize tasks and able to complete it effectively
– Banking:
o Update banks on bi-monthly and monthly basis
o Perform bank reconciliation
o Save down bank statements on monthly basis
– Other aspects:
o Be able to perform credit card reconciliation
o Other tasks to help close in month end
o Keep fixed assets register up to date
o Be able to co-ordinate with PRO on related matters
o Keep a list of pantry replenish and track of utilities bills to be paid out
– Key Skills
o Fluency in English is must
o Proactive and looking to improve processes
o Have good excel skills (shouldn’t be 100% reliant on using mouse to perform some basic stuff – vlookup, hlookup, filters, pivot tables, sort functions, conditional formatting)
o Should have decent typing skills
o Experience in Salesforce and on Xero would be preferable
o Hardworking nature
o Quick to learn
o Effective in meeting deadlines
