Capital Motion Restaurant Management is an Abu Dhabi based hospitality development and management company.
Our portfolio includes 11 restaurants, all of them located in the most desired areas of Abu Dhabi. Each restaurant features a unique ambiance, cuisine, and superior service.
Position: Restaurant Manager
Responsibilities
Manage daily BOH & FOH restaurant operations
Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction as per our standard
Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
Make quarterly menu engineering for food and beverage.
Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses
Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events
Recommend ways to reach a broader audience (e.g. discounts and social media ads)
Creates a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and Team Members.
Answers questions regarding food and drink items and their preparation information.
Opening / Closing the restaurant BOH & FOH.
Resolving guests’ questions and grievances in Professional manner.
Ensuring that the restaurant adheres to pertinent health and safety regulations BOH & FOH.
Filling and recording all daily reports, cash, credit, wastage, breakage, spoilage… etc.
Following standards and SOP on the floor.

Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and effective manner in accordance with established company policies to achieve the overall objectives of this position.
Maintains a favorable working relationship with all other company Team Members to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate to help keep high morale, productivity and efficiency/effectiveness.
Checks back after delivery of food to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years hospitality management experience
Management and Customer Service experience Strong administrative skills
Demonstrated ability to lead
Comfort working with budgets, revenue and forecasting
Strong communications skills
Experience running F&B outlets and events
Middle East experience is highly desirable.
