Job Description:
Sales Admin Responsibilities:
Preparation of sales purchase forms, requests and amendments.
Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations.
Stay up-to-date with the market and listings.
Communicate important feedback from customers internally.
Data entry (sales figures, bills, timesheets, etc.).
Providing administration support to Sales, Engineers & Managers.
Office Admin Responsibilities:
Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required.
Dealing with email enquiries.
Taking minutes.
Diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities.
General office management such as ordering stationary.
Organizing travel and accommodation for staff and customers.
Arranging both internal and external events.
Qualifications:
Experience as admin, at least 2 years – IT Field background is a MUST.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Computer proficiency, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), ERP is an advantage.
Can join immediately or on short notice.
