Bizrahmed is a well-established medical centre in Dubai with multiple global branches in London and KSA. We have over 25 years’ experience within the cosmetic industry, working alongside world renowned plastic surgeons and doctors. We offer various services from hair transplants, cosmetic procedures as well as a number of Dermalogica services.
Now we are expanding our diverse team of professionals and are looking for a Senior Sales Executive, with a strong sales background and prior working in the medical field.
As a Senior Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for completing inbound and outbound telephone calls to customers to promote our products and services. Arranging consultations for our Plastic surgeons and Doctors. Assisting our team and plastic surgeons with completing consultations. Provide further information about our services and products to existing and new clients. Handle patient enquires and questions. Complete aftercare calls with existing customers following their procedures. Provide further support to new and existing patients.
For this role, we are looking for someone who is competent with building strong rapports with patients. Ideally, we are looking for someone with prior sales experience or has worked in sales or telesales, as the role requires you to accomplish monthly targets.
Job Responsibilities:
Call new leads and explain about services/treatments, what we can do to help and to book in for consultation or virtual consultation
Follow-up with existing or old leads/clients
Providing online support to new or old leads/clients
Book treatments/procedures
Providing after care customer service
Qualifications / Skills:
Bachelor’s or associate degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field is preferred.
Proven experience working as a Sales Executive – Must have a minimum of 2 years’ work experience in sales, telesales or telemarketing.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Strong negotiation and consultative sales skill.
Strong communication, analytical and creative skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Experience with CRM or other software’s.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Fluent in speaking English.
Fluent in speaking Arabic.
