The Role
The project / Program manager will oversee the planning, scheduling, budgeting, execution, and delivery of all projects. They will ensure the successful completion of all projects as per the KPI’s and drive and manage the
people performing work on the projects.
You will be an organized, detail-oriented individual to join our team and manage all Green Dimension Projects for the Management Team. The responsibilities of the project manager include overseeing all projects from start to finish, managing and motivating the key personnel, coordinating with customers and other team members, giving customer presentations, and writing project proposals, reports etc.
To be successful as a project manager, you should have a good working knowledge of project estimation techniques and the ability to motivate team members. Ultimately, a top-notch project manager should have good
communication and decision-making skills.
The Green Dimension Project manager will have complete authority over the Project Operations, deadlines including any recruitment, managing operations, training. budgets and process management
You are expected to implement the vision of the management by implementing growth plans as well as managing the company reporting and KPI’s.
As Green Dimension is a startup there are no fixed Job Descriptions and we are looking for self-motivated individuals who are willing to go the extra mile and attain quick growth as the company expands rapidly
Responsibilities
Discussing potential projects and their parameters with clients, Management, executives, and Engineers.
Main Aspects of the role are to manage Internal projects for the Management Team as well as creating, implementing & Monitoring Company wide KPI Monitoring and Compliance as well as Company wide reporting.
Planning out the implementation blueprints for projects, including defining the scope, allocating resources, setting deadlines, laying out communication strategies, and indicating testing parameters, results, and maintenance.
Assembling and leading the project team / teams.
Participating in and supervising each stage of the project.
Ensuring each project stays on schedule and adheres to the deadlines.
Creating a project budget and ensuring the project adheres to the budget as closely as possible.
Determining and overseeing consistent reporting, communication, testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting of all projects in all stages of completion.
Tracking milestones, deliverables, and change requests.
Serving as a liaison to communicate information regarding changes, milestones reached, and other pertinent information.
Delivering completed solutions to clients and management, training and performing regular checks on the solutions performance.
Skills
Leadership skills – taking control of how projects unfold requires someone who can direct others, delegate, boost morale, solve problems, and keep everything flowing
Technical knowledge – a background in engineering, Environmental technologies, water treatment technologies, testing procedures, and the like enables the project manager to comprehend what is going on in the solutions development and delivery process
Organization skills – the success of every project hinge on steps being done properly and on time
Attention to detail – allowing things to slip through the cracks can derail progress and cost valuable money and time
Multitasking skills – demands come from various people throughout the day and during the project, and project managers must prioritize and juggle them as per priorities
Excellent time management and organization.
Excellent communication (written and spoken) interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail with an enterprising attitude.
Must have proposal writing and negotiation skills.
Persuasive communication and technical fluency
Ability to achieve aggressive deadlines, financial targets, profitability targets
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a Mechanical Engineering with Experience in Water Treatment field would be advantageous, PMP Preferred.
