We’re looking for a Chief Engineer to come and join our team. We need someone who is experienced and qualified to help us with our engineering projects. If you think you have what it takes, please get in touch.
Responsibilities:
Lead all engineering activities related to ongoing design and creation of new products and components
Maintain and update product CAD and BOM systems; manage vendors and subcontractors and work with project managers and other departments on technical issues
Update operations manuals and procedures
Conduct and document safety, quality, and environment inspections
Maintain project timelines
Hire, train, and manage all engineers
Oversee capital equipment purchases and inventory
Maintain quality systems and work according to ISO Quality Standards
Collaborate with other departments to ensure project success
Familiar and complies with the hotels mission and standards in performing maintenance activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technical field, or architecture
10+ years’ proven experience managing engineering departments
Proven experience in structural, mechanical, and civil engineering
Ability to develop and maintain technical standards
Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction
