We are looking for an experienced and motivated Business Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential customers, and negotiating contracts. You will cultivate strong business relationships with key decision makers, proactively identify new opportunities, and deliver innovative solutions to customers.

Responsibilities:

– Develop and execute strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities
– Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers and partners
– Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers and partners
– Develop and present persuasive pitches and proposals
– Monitor industry trends and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions
– Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the company’s products and services
– Analyze customer needs and develop tailored solutions
– Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision makers
– Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers
– Develop market strategies by researching lists of high potential prospects

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
– 3 – 5+ years of experience in a related role
– Strong communication and negotiation skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
– Ability to develop and execute effective strategies
– Excellent problem-solving skills
– 1-3+ years’ of sales or account management experience
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
