The ideal candidate should be European Nationality, preferably Italian with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role for busy high end restaurants and 5 stars hotels.

Has a passion for food and beverage, a genuine ability to connect with guests and staff alike, and brings the core value of ‘TEAM’ to the restaurant. A natural leader, you are responsible for maintaining the highest levels of hospitality while leading service on the floor.

Main Duties

Supervise day-to-day activities and assist in the food and beverage outlets
Utilizes interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage others; advocates sound financial/business decision making; demonstrates honesty/integrity; leads by example.
Develops specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work.
Ensures and maintains the productivity level of employees.
Provides the leadership, vision and direction to bring together and prioritize the departmental goals in a way that will be efficient and effective.
Assists servers and hosts on the floor during meal periods and high demand times.
Oversees the financial aspects of the department including purchasing and payment of invoices.

Qualifications

At least 2-3 years’ of full-service restaurant management
Flexibility in working hours and a willingness to cover shifts as needed
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Italian speaker
Knowledge of general accounting and inventory procedures
